We are not able to support the automatic export of course content such as text, images and videos. If you need to keep your course content, you can use this solution to manually map your content from your platform into another format, such as word. 



How can I copy course content?


 We suggest that you copy your course content into a word document.

  1. On the Courses screen, find the course you want to copy the content for  
  2. Click Show More > Pages > Manage Pages
  3. Click View next to the first page that you want to copy the course content for
  4. Copy the title of the page and paste it into a word document
  5. Copy the content below the buttons under the title and paste it into a word document
    1. Note: You should be able to copy all text and images on a course page
  6. Repeat this process until you have copied over all the content that you require



How can I save images?


For Windows users: Paint.net

  1. Right-click on the course image that you want to save and click Copy image
  2. Open a new blank document in Paint.net and paste image into blank document
  3. You can then crop or resize image and save it via the Paint.net application


For Mac users: Canva.com

  1. You can create a free account with Canva.com or if you already have an account, login
  2. Right-click on the course image that you want to save and click Copy image
  3. Open a new blank document in Canva and paste image into there
  4. You can then crop or resize image and save it via the Canva application



Can I save or copy videos?


No, you will need to use your source video files if you need to recreate your course in another LMS, as the video files cannot be exported from the platform.
