Use this solution where a Free Trial hasn't spun up correctly

  1. The first step is to try to reconfigure the Free Trial
    1. Log in to the CourseGenius website
    2. On the top menu click Content 
    3. On the right hand side click Webform
    4. Next to Activate Free Trial click Submissions
    5. Find the correct Free Trial (it's likely to be the most recent one) and click View
    6. Double check it's the correct Free trial
    7. At the top, click Reconfigure site
    8. If a white / blank screen appears, it's worked!
  2. If you don't get a white / blank screen, check with the Devs
