You can easily customise the notification emails the learning platform sends out to your learners. 


Your learning platform can notify your learners when an account is created for them, and when a course is allocated to their account. 


Customise your notification emails


Email us at support@coursegenius.com or raise a ticket with the following information:

  • Which notification email you would like customised - the Account Created email, the Course Allocated email, or both;
  • The custom content for the email(s).

We will do the rest! 


Do I need to configure different notification emails for each of my courses?
The configured Account Created and Course Allocated notification emails are used for your entire learning platform. Simply ensure your new email content is relevant for all of your learners and courses, rather than specifically for certain learners or courses.
