You can access further text editing options which allow advanced formatting of text and pictures


Before you start, Add a Page or Edit an Existing Page


  1. Add an in any element with a text field - Text, Question, Expanders or Tabs

  2. You can click Advanced at the top right of the text field


  3. There are now several additional text editing options available:



    1. Decrease/Increase Indent
      This option allows you to move your Numbered and Bulleted lists left or right on the Page
      1. Click anywhere in the line you wish to indent and select the increase or decrease indent
      2. To indent multiple lines, highlight the required lines and then select the increase or decrease indent option

    2. Align Left, Centre or Align Right
      This option allows you to align text or an image to the left, centre or right of the Page
      1. For text: Click anywhere in the line (or paragraph) you wish to align and select the Align Left, Centre or Align Right
        1. For multiple paragraphs, highlight the required text and then select the Align Left, Centre or Align Right
      2. For images: Click on the image you wish to align and select the Align Left, Centre or Align Right

    3. Strike-through
      This option allows you to have a solid line run through specific text on the Page
      1. Click the Strike-through option and begin typing
        1. For existing text, select and highlight the required text and then click on the Strike-through option
      2. To Undo this simply re-select the text and click the Strike-through option again
    4. Subscript
      This option allows you to have text that is smaller than their normal line of text and is set slightly below the line
      1. Click the Subscript option and begin typing
        1. For existing text, select and highlight the required text and the click on the Subscript option
      2. To Undo this simply re-select the text and click the Subscript option again

    5. Superscript
      This option allows you to have text that is smaller than their normal line of text and is set slightly above the line
      1. Click the Superscript option and begin typing
        1. For existing text, select and highlight the required text and the click on the Superscript option
        2. To Undo this simply re-select the text and click the Superscript option again

    6. Paragraph Format
      This option allows you to format specific text to appear more uniform across the Page
      1. Click the drop-down box that is set to Normal as its default setting, select the desired option and begin typing
        You will notice the Font of each option in the drop-down reflects how it will appear on the Page
        1. For existing text, select and highlight the required text and again click the drop-down box and select the desired option
      2. To Undo this simply re-select the text and again click the drop-down box and select the preferred option

    7. Source
      This option allows you to format text and images using HTML coding
      1. Click the Source button. Insert the required code into the html text and once complete click on Save
        1. Do not click on other options within the text editor as this will remove the html code and it will not be saved


To return to the Simple Text Editor, click on Basic in the right hand side of the box
