Note: If you wish to take payment and send your customer an invoice, you should instead follow the steps to Create an Order

- Select Allocate Courses
- Select Allocate
- Enter the Usernames and/or the User Groups to which you wish to allocate the selected course(s)
Note: you can enter multiple usernames or User Groups, if you wish to allocate the selected course(s) to multiple learners/Groups - Enter the courses you wish to allocate, or select them from the dropdown list
Note: you can enter multiple courses, if you wish to allocate more than one course to the same learner(s)/User Group(s) If you wish your learners to receive an email notification of this allocation, ensure the Send e-mail notification to people being allocated course(s) is checked
Click Allocate
NOTE: if a new learner is added to a User Group after the initial course allocation, you must manually allocate the course/s to that learner
