Note: If you wish to take payment and send your customer an invoice, you should instead follow the steps to Create an Order


  1. Select Allocate Courses

  2. Select Allocate


  3. Enter the Usernames and/or the User Groups to which you wish to allocate the selected course(s)
    Note: you can enter multiple usernames or User Groups, if you wish to allocate the selected course(s) to multiple learners/Groups

  4. Enter the courses you wish to allocate, or select them from the dropdown list
    Note: you can enter multiple courses, if you wish to allocate more than one course to the same learner(s)/User Group(s)

  5. If you wish your learners to receive an email notification of this allocation, ensure the Send e-mail notification to people being allocated course(s) is checked


  6. Click Allocate
     

  7. NOTE: if a new learner is added to a User Group after the initial course allocation, you must manually allocate the course/s to that learner
