If you have a large number of learner profiles to create, save time and send through the information through to us to be uploaded
Step 1: Collate Learner Information
Download the Learner Upload spreadsheet attached below and enter the First Name, Last Name and Email address for every new Learner account to be created. Ensure you organise your sheet to display one learner per row.
Step 2: Send Learner Information to Support
In your email, please let us know if you would like your new Learners to receive the default email notification of their account being created - see below for an example of the default notification email.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the bulk upload process create duplicate accounts for included learners who already have an account?
No - users who are listed in your Learner Upload sheet, who already have accounts associated with the listed email address, will not have a second account created for them.
How will you set the username for my learners?
Your learners' usernames will match their respective email addresses, as specified by you in your Learner Upload Spreadsheet.
Can I also get you to bulk allocate courses to these learners?
