What are administrator accounts?

Administrator accounts can create and manage courses, create and manage users, as well as allocate courses and run reports. Administrator accounts have full access to all the functions of your learning platform and should only be given to trusted people.

Before you start

  • New administrator account requests need to come from the primary account contact for your learning platform

How to request

1. Collect the following information for the new Administrator
  • Full name
  • Email Address
  • Preferred username (optional)
