Your Learners will need a User account to use to buy, study and track their courses; they can create it themselves or you can create one for them

Note: This solution is for creating a new Learner account. If you are trying to create an Administrator see: Create a new Administrator Account

  1. Click the + Add User button

  2. Fill in all the required (*) fields on the Create Account page

  3. If you would like your Learner to receive an email notifying them of their new User account, check the Notify user of new account box under Account Information

    Note: the learner will receive an email with their account username and a link to set their password

  4. Click Create new account at the bottom of the page
