Your Learners will need a User account to use to buy, study and track their courses; they can create it themselves or you can create one for them
Note: This solution is for creating a new Learner account. If you are trying to create an Administrator see: Create a new Administrator Account
- Click the + Add User button
- Fill in all the required (*) fields on the Create Account page
- If you would like your Learner to receive an email notifying them of their new User account, check the Notify user of new account box under Account Information
Note: the learner will receive an email with their account username and a link to set their password
- Click Create new account at the bottom of the page
